to see if a combination of four antioxidants, including those found

in fish oil and green tea, can prevent Alzeimers disease".

The research will study the combined effect of the polyphenol EGCG

found in Green tea, circumin found in the spice Turmeric, the omega-3

docosahexaenoic acid found in fish oil and lipoic acid, which is used

in Germany to treat dementia patients."
